You have started your career in treasury and are well versed in treasury and cash management concepts.  You enjoy hands-on work yet feel comfortable presenting information and making recommendations to senior leaders within an organization. A newly created position within a growing company presents an excellent challenge for the right individual to establish and manage a Treasury function.  As a key member of the Finance organization, this position will be primarily responsible for managing the group treasury and corporate insurance programs for the North American Operations.  Additional responsibilities include   creating and updating policies and procedures relating to treasury, including account collections and extension of credit to customers, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with banks and other key financial partners and developing, implementing and ensuring sound internal controls over all cash management processes and activities exist within the organization.

Qualified candidates have a recognized professional accounting designation; 5+ years of experience in a treasury role with cash management responsibilities and can interact and communicate effectively with organizational team members at all levels of the organization.  The ability to work well independently and strong computer skills are also required.
